REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove трансмиссионную assemblage.
2. Take two clamps from the lever of deenergizing of coupling and remove выжимной the bearing, - try not to bend clamps.

3. Remove a sealing element (A) the lever of deenergizing of coupling (B).

4. Having hooked a screw-driver (B), dismantle the spring lock from a spherical support and remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling (A).

5. Remove a spherical support.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 The vyzhimnoj bearing has a tight design and stuffing by greasing does not require, in this connection it is not necessary to wash out its gasoline or other solvents.


1. Measure size radial люфта выжимного the bearing, - limiting admissible value makes 1.4 mm.

2. Estimate smoothness of rotation of the bearing.
3. Make sure of absence of signs of excessive deterioration and mechanical damages contacting to the lever of deenergizing of coupling of a surface of the bearing.

4. Estimate degree of deterioration of a spherical support and a surface of the lever contacting to the bearing.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 Before installation grease rubbing surfaces of a spherical support, the lever and the bearing with a thin layer молибденсодержащей greasings of type Sunlight 2: P/N 003602010. With the Same greasing grease шлицы pins of primary shaft РКПП and the surface of the lever contacting to the executive cylinder.

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that the spherical support of the lever has been tightened with demanded effort (15.7 Nanometers). Through a viewing aperture in картере transmissions make sure of reliability of landing of the spring lock.
