Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prorolling of a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling should be carried out each time after removal of its components, and also at excessive lowering of level of a liquid in the tank of the main cylinder. The prorolling principle is similar applied at removal of air from a brake path.
2. Remove an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Fill in in the tank of the main cylinder a fresh hydraulic liquid of a demanded grade.

 The liquid merged from a path is not subject to a reuse! It is not necessary to fill in in system also a liquid, long time stored in leaky closed container.


4. Remove a dustproof cap and pull on the gate of prorolling of the executive cylinder the end of a plastic hose approaching on the size. The second end of a hose lower in partially filled brake liquid a transparent vessel. Track, that the hose cut has appeared entirely is shipped in a liquid.

5. Ask the assistant to squeeze out a pedal of coupling and to fix it in the bottom position. Slightly open the gate of prorolling and let out a liquid from the cylinder in drain capacity. When вытекание the liquid mixed with air bubbles will stop, again densely tighten the gate and allow to release slowly to the assistant a pedal.
6. Continue prorolling in the same manner until the liquid leaving the cylinder completely will not be released from air bubbles. Constantly watch closely liquid level in the tank of the main cylinder, without supposing its excessive lowering, air dangerous by hit in a path and data to zero of all undertaken efforts.
7. Having finished prorolling, disconnect a hose and establish into place a dustproof cap. In case of need add to the tank a little more a hydraulic liquid. Check up serviceability of functioning of coupling and absence of leakings of a liquid.
