Removal, service, installation and adjustment of a pedal of coupling

The coupling pedal is established on one arm with a pedal of a foot brake and influences the main cylinder by means of a pusher rod. Unlike models with a mechanical drive of coupling, in the given design the returnable spring is applied. Besides, the pedal is equipped by the mechanism reducing initial effort of its squeezing, and connected to приводному to a cable противооткатного devices.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a steering column (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
2. Disconnect electroconducting from gauges-switches of fires of a backing and disconnection of a chain of a starter.
3. Remove spring clamps and take fingers of fastening of the lever to a pusher and an executive rod.
4. Give adjusting and lock nuts противооткатного devices (the Brake system see the Head).
5. Release a clip and disconnect приводной a cable противооткатного devices from the valve of deduction of pressure (PHV), - try not to damage a protective cover and the cable core.
6. Give nuts of fastening of the main cylinder (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of components of the main cylinder of coupling).
7. Turn out fixing bolts/nuts and remove pedal assemblage.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the gauge-switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter.
2. Remove lock rings, remove an auxiliary spring, a rod and the plug.
3. Take a pin and remove the lever.
4. Remove a pedal of coupling with axial plugs.
5. Remove an emphasis, lock both sealing rings and rod S, then remove spring S and plug S.
6. Remove an emphasis from a coupling pedal.
7. Remove an overlay Pads pedals.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Temporarily fix on a basic arm of pedal assemblage the gauge-switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter and other components.
2. Carefully clean apertures in both pedals and fill in them axial plugs, preliminary having greased the last.
3. Achieve correct combination of apertures in pedals, then connect a returnable spring of a brake pedal and establish auxiliary rods, a spring and the plug.
4. On the models equipped противооткатным with the device, connect corresponding приводной a cable.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - replace the worn out and failed details, track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
2. Measure size lateral люфта coupling pedals at applying to колодке cross-section effort of an order 1 кГс. If the result of measurement exceeds limiting admissible value (5.0 mm), replace axial plugs.
3. In summary adjust a coupling pedal (see more low) and противооткатное the device (the Brake system see the Head).

ADJUSTMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Counternuts of the gauge-switch of the permission of start adjust a full speed of a pedal of coupling according to requirements of Specifications (130 ÷ 135 mm).

 Do not try to regulate a course of a pedal of coupling by rotation actually the gauge-switch, - if to achieve demanded result by means of counternuts it is not possible, spend adjustment, rotating a pusher of the main cylinder. Having finished adjustment, tighten counternuts with demanded effort (8 Nanometers: for gauge-switch nuts, 10 Nanometers: for a nut of a rod of a pusher).

2. Turn a pusher of the main cylinder so that the fixing finger could be shifted at first to the left, then to the right, - the finger should move freely.
3. 2-3 times having squeezed out a coupling pedal, check up smoothness of its course, - in case of need pump over a hydraulic path (see Has undressed Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling).
4. Once again measure size of a full speed of a pedal, in case of need repeat adjustment.
5. Check up freedom of moving of a finger of fastening of a pusher to a pedal, in case of need repeat adjustment.
6. Wring out the lever of deenergizing of coupling so that the rod of a pusher of the executive cylinder was put forward, - if liquid level in the tank of a hydraulic liquid does not raise, and also if the pusher is not put forward, replace the main cylinder and repeat check.
7. If cylinder replacement does not lead to situation correction, follows repeat procedure of adjustment of a pedal.
8. Having finished adjustment, check up level of a hydraulic liquid, in case of need make corresponding updating (the Section Check of level and replacement of a hydraulic liquid of a drive of deenergizing of coupling see).
