Check of level and replacement of a hydraulic liquid of a drive of deenergizing of coupling

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For check of a liquid of a drive of deenergizing of coupling park the car on an equal horizontal surface.
2. At detection of signs of ageing of a hydraulic liquid make its replacement.
3. Check up level to the labels put on translucent walls of the tank, in case of need make corresponding updating, having lifted level of a liquid to a mark «MAX».

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 For a hydraulic drive of coupling liquid FMVSS No is used. 116, or a brake liquid of type DOT3 or DOT4. Mixing of liquids of various marks leads to deterioration of their quality!

1. Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. By means of a syringe or a rubber pear pump out from the tank all liquid.
3. Fill in in the tank a fresh liquid of a demanded grade.

 For a hydraulic drive of coupling liquid FMVSS No is used. 116, or a brake liquid of type DOT3 or DOT4. Mixing of liquids of various marks leads to deterioration of their quality!

4. Pump over a hydraulic path, deleting from it an old liquid, - try not to admit a full devastation of the tank, as required add a fresh liquid.
5. Continue prorolling until the hydraulic path will not be completely washed out and through a drain hose the pure liquid will not start to follow.

 For convenience and safety washing/prorolling hydraulic is expedient for carrying out together with the assistant. For filling of hydraulic system of a drive of coupling 70 ml of a liquid is required approximately.
