For fixing of tubes C and D returnable and pressure head lines of a hydraulic path collar Е is used

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Lift the car and remove домкратную a plate.
4. Disconnect from картера the steering mechanism of a tube And and In hydraulic lines.
5. Remove collar Е of fixing of tubes With and D pressure head and returnable contours.
6. Disconnect tubes C and D from картера the steering mechanism.
7. On models 2.0 and 2.5 l turn out bolts of intermediate clamps and disconnect tube C from the steering pump, and tube D from a returnable hose.

 Try not to admit hits of a hydraulic liquid on приводной a belt, in order to avoid hit in dirt system at once закупорьте, or wrap up pure rags the open ends of lines!

8. On l models 3.0 disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump, and returnable from the tank of a hydraulic liquid.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attentively study a condition of all removed components. Estimate a condition contact штуцерных surfaces of tubes, накидных nuts штуцерных sockets, check up tubes on presence of deformations, and hoses - on presence of swellings, cracks, cuts and other mechanical damages, make sure of serviceability of coupling collars. Defective components replace.

 Try not to suppose hit on a surface of hoses of hydraulic path ГУР of such chemically aggressive substances as battery electrolit, impellent oil, ATF, a brake liquid, etc., - in case of need immediately wipe hoses pure rags!

2. Some typical defects of hydraulic hoses are connected with quite certain infringements. So, the swelling of a pressure head hose is caused by excessive time of continuous functioning редукционного the valve, refusal of the last, or decrease in intensity of heat removal of a hydraulic liquid more often. INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having tightened fixing bolts with demanded effort (13 Nanometers), fix returnable and pressure head hydraulic lines intermediate clamps and, operating in an order, the return to a detachment order, restore their initial connection to the steering pump, tank GUR. Track, that hollow bolts штуцерных sockets have been tightened with demanded effort (39 Nanometers), - try not to admit перекручивания hoses.
2. Temporarily establish collar Е of intermediate fixing of tubes C and D, - track correctness of a choice of a site of a collar.
3. Make sure of correctness of an arrangement of marks in the form of figure 8 on both sections of collar Е, then tighten a coupling bolt with demanded effort (7.4 Nanometers).
4. Restore initial connection of tubes C and D and tighten штуцерные nuts with demanded effort (15 Nanometers).
5. Connect tubes And and In to картеру the steering mechanism, - at first top (), then bottom (). Tighten накидные nuts штуцерных sockets with demanded effort (13 Nanometers).
6. Establish into place домкратную a plate, connect a negative wire to the battery and fill in in system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel a fresh liquid. Attention: Attempt of start of the engine at not filled system GUR is fraught with jamming шиберного the steering pump.
7. In summary check up correctness of placing of hydraulic lines. If the backlash between operating pump темпостата and a hose of path ГУР makes less than 10 mm, release lower the section of the pipeline pulled together with a collar () more close to a suspension bracket beam (but is not closer than on 10 mm). 1. In order to avoid occurrence of false suspicions on development of leaks in system GUR path it is necessary to give special attention to carefulness of rubbing of external surfaces of components of a path before their installation after performance of procedures of service.
2. The most critical sites of a hydraulic path from the point of view of potential possibility of development of leaks are shown on an illustration.
3. Leaks through штуцерные sockets (1 11) appear connected with easing накидных nuts / hollow bolts/collars штуцерных sockets, hit in sockets of a dirt or extraneous subjects more often, and also damage of sealing washers and rings, - tighten the released fixture, replace the failed sealing elements, replace ослабшие collars.
4. A principal cause of development of leaks in hoses (12 14) usually is mechanical damage (cracks, cuts), or material ageing (hardening, a swelling, разрыхление) the last, - replace the failed hoses.
5. Most a plausible reason of occurrence of leaks through joints pig-iron to flow cases of the steering pump (15 and 16) is damage of a sealing ring, or infringement of integrity of a sealing lining, - replace defective sealing elements.
6. Cracks in the tank case (17 and 18) appear around branch pipes of connection of hydraulic hoses more often. The defective tank is subject to replacement.
7. 9.
