Design of the steering pump (model 2.0 and 2.5)
REMOVAL
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Uncover drive a pulley. |
|
Models 2.0 and 2.5 l
|
|
1. Release lock and adjusting bolts and remove a V-shaped belt of a drive of the steering pump. |
2. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of the steering pump.
|
3. Disconnect from the steering pump a pressure head tube With and a soaking up (inlet) hose.
|
Try not to admit hits of a hydraulic liquid on приводной a belt, in order to avoid hit in dirt system at once закупорьте, or wrap up pure rags the open ends of lines! |

4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the basic carburettor of the steering pump. |
|
5. Clamp an arm in a vice with soft sponges and turn out two bolts from the forward party of pump assemblage. |

6. Remove from the pump a nozzle. |
|
7. Turn out a bolt from the back party of pump assemblage and, having hooked a screw-driver, separate the pump from a basic arm. |
|
|
L models 3.0
|
1 Remove клиновидный приводной a belt. 2 Disconnect electroconducting from the pressure gauge-switch. 3 Remove a regulator of a tension of a belt.
|
4 Disconnect from pump assemblage pressure head and soaking up hoses.
|

5. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the steering pump. |
|
6. Clamp an arm in a vice with soft sponges and turn out two bolts from the forward party of pump assemblage. |

7. Turn out a bolt from the back party of pump assemblage and separate the pump from a basic arm. |

Dismantling (only models 2.0 and 2.5)
|
|
The steering pump established on model 3.0, l is not subject to dismantling and in case of failure is replaced in gathering. |
|
1. Place assemblage of the steering pump in conductor ST 34199АЕ020, fix in a vice and turn out four bolts of fastening of a back cover. |
|
2. Remove from pump assemblage a pressure head plate. |
|
3. Accurately having hooked a screw-driver, take a lock ring.
|
Do not take from assemblage эксцентриковое a ring, a rotor and other components! |
|
4. Plant into place a pressure head plate and temporarily establish a back cover on forward section of the case of the pump. 5. Remove from a rotor shaft приводной a pulley, then fix assemblage in a vice with soft sponges.
|
6. Having hooked a screw-driver, take an epiploon. |
7. Study a condition of the removed components. 8. At revealing of signs of damage to flow, deterioration of an aperture under installation золотникового the valve, damage or deterioration of a surface interfaced to cartridge assemblage, and also contacting to shaft of a rotor and an epiploon of surfaces the case is subject to replacement in gathering with золотниковым the valve. 9. The damaged back cover also is subject to replacement, - special attention give to a condition of surfaces of sliding. 10. The rotor shaft is replaced in case of revealing of failure of bearings, signs of a bend, deterioration contacting to the plug and an epiploon of surfaces, and also surfaces under rotor installation. 11. Estimate degree of deterioration of surfaces of sliding of a pressure head plate, - in case of need make replacement. 12. Study a condition эксцентрикового rings, face and lateral surfaces шиберных shovels, sliding surfaces (and grooves under installation шиберных shovels) a rotor - in case of revealing of signs of excessive deterioration replace cartridge assemblage.

In case of insignificant damage of a rotor in the course of removal of the lock ring, the formed teases can be eliminated by means of a grinding stone. |
13. Estimate a condition of a carving part штуцерного a socket, a spring, and also all fixing bolts and nuts. Replace excessively worn out or damaged components. 14. Треснутый or excessively deformed basic arm of pump assemblage also is subject to replacement. |

ASSEMBLAGE
|
|
All sealing components removed from pump assemblage and lock rings are subject to replacement without fail! |
1. Wash out all removed components oil, then carefully dry up them. 2. Compressed air blow forward section of the case of pump assemblage for the purpose of full removal from it traces промывочного oils. 3. Grease surfaces of components special preventing corrosion development by hydraulic oil. 4. Check up a condition of internal surfaces of forward section of the case. 5. Temporarily establish on forward section of the case a back cover.

6. With the help оправки ST 34199АЕ030 and the press fill in pump assemblage the NEW epiploon. |
7. Plant on a rotor shaft приводной a pulley. 8. Place assemblage of the steering pump in conductor ST 34199АЕ020 and fix in a vice. 9. Remove a back cover.
|
10. Having taken advantage in quality оправки of a replaceable face head on 10 mm, plant in a reception flute on a rotor shaft the NEW lock ring. |
|
11. In the correct image having developed, establish into place a pressure head plate.

12. Grease with silicone greasing NEW sealing rings and plant them in forward section of the case of the pump and on a pressure head plate. 13. Establish on a pressure head plate a new sealing element. 14. Having tracked correctness of hit in a reciprocal aperture of a directing pin, establish a back cover. 15. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (27.5 Nanometers), then, operating strictly in a certain order, release bolts and again tighten them with demanded effort (as it should be отпускания). 16. In summary manually check up freedom of rotation of a shaft of the pump, - in case of need disassemble the pump and произвдеите necessary corrections (for example, remove from the case disturbing to shaft rotation extraneous particles). |

Estimation of degree of deterioration of internal components
|
|
1. Being guided by the scheme resulted on сопр. Illustrations, slightly clamp pump assemblage in a vice with soft sponges (it will be better to lay pair of wooden blocks between sponges of a vice and the case of the pump) and with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type estimate size lateral люфта a pump shaft at applying to an effort pulley in 1 кГс. If the result of measurement makes more than 0.4 mm, replace pump assemblage.

3. Define size of radial palpation of a pulley on a stream bottom. At excess by result of measurement of limiting admissible value (1.0 mm) replace a pulley.

4. By means of a dynamometer measure resistance of a pulley проворачиванию. If the result of measurement exceeds 9.22 Н (0.94 кГс), replace pump assemblage.

Some excess of limiting admissible value during the moment трогания a pulley from a place is supposed. |

INSTALLATION
Plug pulling to an interfaced surface of pump assemblage (model 2.0 and 2.5)
Models 2.0 and 2.5 l
|
1. Clamp a basic arm of pump assemblage in a vice with soft sponges and by means of semiinch face heads on 14 and on 21 mm densely draw the plug to the pump case.
|
2. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (37.3) bolt of fastening on an arm of the pump and an arm of the gauge-switch of pressure. |
3. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (15.7 Nanometers) forward bolts of pump assemblage. 4. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (6.5 Nanometers) a nozzle. 5. Establish assemblage of the pump with an arm on the regular place on the engine, screw and tighten with demanded effort (22 Nanometers) fixing bolts. 6. Connect to the pump tube C and soaking up hose, - the connecting nut штуцерного a socket is tightened with effort of 39.2 Nanometers, - track, that the hose has not appeared is overwound and did not nestle on the components located in the neighbourhood. 7. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. The effort of a tightening of a bolt натяжителя makes 8 Nanometers. 8. In summary make refuelling of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel. |

L models 3.0
|
1. Establish on an interfaced surface of the case of the pump the plug.
2. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to subsection "Removal" see). |

Hydraulic checks
Check of adjustable pressure
|
|
Preliminary it is necessary to estimate degree of deterioration of internal components and to make corresponding replacements (see above)!
In order to avoid damage of the steering pump do not keep the manometre valve closed, and a steering wheel turned out against the stop долее, than within 5 seconds!
All traces of a spilt hydraulic liquid immediately collect dry rags or paper towels! |
1. Connect to manometre ST1 92511000 transitive hoses And and In (ST2: 34099АС020 and ST3: 34099АС010). 2. Disconnect from the pump a pressure head hose and instead of it connect transitive a hose In (ST2) measuring assemblage, - take advantage of a sealing lining № 34621АС021 and штуцерным a bolt № 34620АС010. 3. Disconnect a tube With from a tube from outside the steering mechanism and connect to it transitive a hose And (ST3) measuring assemblage.
4. Check up liquid level in tank GUR, make necessary updating.

5. Open the gate of a manometre and start the engine on single turns. |
6. Consider the manometre indication. If the result of measurement exceeds limiting admissible value (981 кПа), check up a condition and passableness of hydraulic lines, make necessary corrections, replace the failed components. |

Check of pressure of opening редукционного the valve
|
Block the gate and consider the manometre indication. Again open the gate of a manometre and consider its indications at a reversing of a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (9.611 ÷ 10.199 кПа: for models 2.0 and 2.5 l/7.650 ÷ 8.340 кПа: for models 3.0), replace pump assemblage. |

Check of working pressure
|
Again open the gate of a manometre and consider its indications at a reversing of a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (9.611 ÷ 10.199 кПа: for models 2.0 and 2.5 l/7.650 ÷ 8.340 кПа: for models 3.0), replace assemblage of the operating valve with a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism. |
