Fuel highways and injectors REMOVAL
All models
Models 2.0 and 2.5 l

Details of installation of fuel highways and injectors are presented on illustrations in the beginning of the given section. |

The right highway
|
1. Remove assemblage of an air cleaner with an inlet sleeve (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).
|
2. Disconnect electroconducting from spark plugs. |
3. Remove assemblage of the steering pump (electroconducting disconnect) and, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines, postpone for a mudguard of the right wing, preliminary having spread rags. 4. Remove a protector of protection of a fuel highway.
|
5. Disconnect electroconducting from fuel injectors. |
|
6. Turn out bolts of fastening of a fuel highway to the inlet pipeline. |
7. Take clamps and remove injectors, having lifted upwards the main assemblage. .
|

The left highway
|
1. Remove the tank of a cooling liquid and tie up it to the left loop of a cowl.
|
2. Disconnect electroconducting from spark plugs. |
3. Remove a protector of protection of a highway.
|
4. Disconnect electroconducting from fuel injectors. |
|
5. Turn out bolts of fastening of a fuel highway to the inlet pipeline. |
6. Take clamps and remove injectors, having lifted upwards the main assemblage. |

INSTALLATION

Site of gauges CKP, CMP and KS (4-cylinder models)

1. Details of installation of gauge CKP are presented on an illustration. 2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of gauge CKP on the block of cylinders. |
|
4. Remove the gauge and disconnect from it electroconducting. |
5. Installation is made upside-down. The bolt of fastening of the gauge is tightened with effort of 6.4 Nanometers. |

Site of gauges CKP, CMP and KS (6-cylinder engines)

1. Details of installation of gauge CKP are presented on an illustration. 2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove basic arms of a plait of electroconducting of the engine. |

4. Uncover a service aperture. |
|
5. Turn out a fixing bolt, remove the gauge and disconnect from it electroconducting. |
6. Installation is made upside-down. The bolt of fastening of the gauge is tightened with effort of 6.4 Nanometers. |

The gauge of position of a camshaft (CMP)
Models 2.0 and 2.5 l
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
2. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge CMP. |
|
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge to a basic arm. |
|
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the gauge to a cover of a camshaft of the left head of cylinders. |
|
5. Remove assemblage CMP, then take the gauge from a basic arm. |
6. Installation is made upside-down. Bolts of fastening of the gauge and its basic arm are tightened with effort of 6.4 Nanometers. |

L models 3.0
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
2. Disconnect the tyre of grounding from a protector of the right fuel highway. |
3. Remove a protector.
|
4. Disconnect from gauge CMP electroconducting, turn out a fixing bolt and remove the gauge. |
5. Installation is made upside-down. The bolt of fastening of the gauge is tightened with effort of 6.4 Nanometers. |

The detonation gauge (KS)
Models 2.0 and 2.5 l
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Remove air cleaner assemblage (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).

3. Disconnect electroconducting from the detonation gauge (KS). |
4. Remove the gauge from the block of cylinders.
|
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that the acting part of electroconducting of the gauge has been developed at an angle 60 ° to a direction back on the engine. The effort of a tightening of the gauge makes 24 Nanometers. |

L models 3.0
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Remove the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of the inlet pipeline).
|
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of a detonation requiring replacement. |
4. Remove the gauge.
|
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track observance of an adjusting corner of the gauge. |
|
|
The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine (ECT)
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. On models 2.0 and 2.5 l remove assemblage of an air cleaner with the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path). 3. Disconnect electroconducting and remove gauge ECT.
4. Installation is made upside-down. On models with OBD II effort of a tightening of gauge ECT makes 16 Nanometers, on models with OBD Subaru - 18 Nanometers. |

The gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS)
Removal and installation
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. On l models 3.0 remove воздухоприемную the chamber (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path). 3. Disconnect from TPS electroconducting, turn out fixing screws and remove the gauge.
4. Installation is made upside-down. The effort of a tightening of screws of fastening TPS makes 1.6 Nanometers. |

Adjustment (models 2.0 and 2.5)
|
1. Switch off ignition. 2. Release screws of fastening of the gauge. |
|
With voltmeter use
|
1. Take ECM. 2. Include ignition.
|
3. Connect the voltmeter to plugs №№ 15 and 17 contact sockets В136 of the module of management. Also adjust gauge position so that alarm pressure on ECM at completely closed throttle заслонке made 0.45 ÷ 0.55 Century |
4. Having finished adjustment, tighten bolts of fastening TPS with demanded effort (1.6 Nanometers). |

With input reader SSM use
|
1. Fill in the input reader a cartridge.
|
2. Connect SSM to diagnostic socket DLC at the left under the panel of devices. |
3. Include ignition and SSM. 4. Choose in the main menu of the input reader point {2. Each System Check}, then pass in a bookmark {Engine Control System} and further: {1. 3. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge assemblage.

4. Verify fixing bolts and remove the gauge. |
|
5. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace a sealing ring of the gauge, fixing bolts tighten with effort of 3.4 Nanometers. |

|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of atmospheric pressure and remove last from a basic arm.
3. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace a sealing lining of the gauge. Fixture tighten with effort of 1.6 Nanometers. |

The electromagnetic air valve of stabilisation of turns of idling (IAC)

|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Disconnect from valve IAC electroconducting, then turn out fixing screws and remove the valve.
