REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention in pressure Razdela Sbrasyvanie beginning in the power supply system see!

The structure of assemblage of the fuel pump includes also the gauge of a stock of fuel.

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Razdel Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system see).
2. Open a cover лючка access and uncover a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
4. Empty the main chamber of a fuel tank (Razdel Oporozhnenie of a fuel tank see).
5. Lift a back seat and unbend edge of a carpet covering of a floor.

6. Turn out fixing screws and uncover a service aperture.

7. Disconnect from assemblage of the fuel pump electroconducting.

8. Release a collar and disconnect from pump assemblage a hose of the pump of pumping (), disunite sockets of fast joining (the Section Check of a condition and replacement of fuel lines and them штуцерных connections) giving hoses () and return () fuel see.
9. Give nuts of a fixing flange and take assemblage of the fuel pump/gauge of a stock of fuel from a fuel tank.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove from assemblage the fuel pump and its assembly скобу.

Be careful, - assembly скоба it is fixed by means of two lock uvulas!

2. Disconnect from the pump electroconducting.

Condition check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of the fuel pump of a wire and check up serviceability of functioning of assemblage by giving on it from the pressure battery in 12 Century

Try to provide the maximum remoteness of the battery from the pump! Inclusion of giving of pressure organise from outside batteries! Do not suppose long functioning of the pump without loading! The faulty pump replace.

2. Having finished check, carefully wipe all traces of the spilt fuel.

Assemblage and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assemblage and installation are made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. A tightening of bolts of a fixing flange of pump assemblage with demanded effort (5.9 Nanometers) make strictly in a certain order.
