1. Lines of a fuel path of the power supply system are laid between a petrol tank and an impellent compartment of the car. Steel tubes and flexible fuel hoses fasten to the bottom of the car by means of clips and screw fixture. Each time when the car rises over the earth with any purpose (for example, for survey or replacement of components of system of release of the fulfilled gases), try to take advantage of a case and to check up a condition of fuel lines and them штуцерных connections.
2. Attentively examine all hoses and tubes of a fuel path on presence of cracks, twisting, deformations and other mechanical damages.
3. At revealing of signs of internal pollution or passableness infringement corresponding section of a fuel path it is necessary to remove and blow compressed air.
4. Make sure of reliability of a tightening of all штуцерных connections of hoses and metal tubes of a fuel path.


Steel tubes

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Use as replaceable sections only high-strength steel tubes of manufacture of the manufacturers who have proved in the automobile market.
2. Remember that copper and aluminium tubes are not capable to sustain vibrating loadings arising while in service the car.
3. Do not forget that fuel lines on the models equipped with system of injection, should maintain high internal pressure.
4. Often in firm shops of automobile accessories it is possible to get equipped carving штуцерными nozzles of section of metal tubes. At easing and a tightening штуцерных connections use two wrenches to avoid проворачивания a reciprocal part of a socket. Without fail check a condition used for hermetic sealing штуцерных connections of sealing rings. The worn out or mechanically damaged rings at once replace. Try to use as replaceable components only firm details.


Flexible hoses

 At replacement of fuel hoses use only the firm components calculated on high internal pressure!

Flexible fuel hoses should be laid not more close than in 10 sm from components of system of release of the fulfilled gases and is not closer than in 25 sm from каталитического than the converter. Watch, that fuel lines did not adjoin with кузовными elements and suspension bracket components. The minimum admissible size of a backlash makes 6.3 mm.


Replacement

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The general scheme of a lining of fuel lines is shown on сопр. Illustrations.

2. Tyre out the car on the lift.
3. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Razdel Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system see).
4. Open лючок access to a jellied mouth of a fuel tank and uncover mouths.
5. Unbend a carpet covering.
6. Remove tubes and lines of lines of giving and fuel return, and also lines of fuel evaporations.
7. Make a detachment of fuel/isparitelnyh lines in an impellent compartment.

8. Lift аль on the lift.

9. Disconnect a hose () from the double-thread valve and a hose () from a tube испарительной to a line – it should be distributed two distinct clicks.

10. Wipe and disunite sockets of fast joining of lines of giving and fuel return: Keeping a socket (), wring out downwards a clamp (), then, having pulled, liberate a tube () with the clamp put on it from the socket case. Remove a clamp and wipe the sealing end of a tube (D). Check up a condition of components, in case of need make replacement.

11. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the moments listed more low.

12. At connection of fuel tubes fill the NEW clamp () in a socket of fast joining (), then against the stop push in assemblage a tube of a fuel line, - track, that both uvulas of a clamp have got to reception nests of a socket. Having pulled for tubes, make sure of reliability of a joint.

13. Generally at connection to fuel tubes of hoses нахлест should make not less than 20 ÷ 25 mm.
