PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle of the 4-cylinder engine are shown on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove assemblage воздухоочистите ля (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).

4. Disconnect cables of a drive throttle заслонки () and ().

And — a gas Cable
In — the Cable темпостата

5. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic valve of system of stabilisation of turns of idling (IAC) and the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS).

AND — TPS
In — Electromagnetic valve IAC
With — Perepusknoj an air hose

6. Disconnect перепускной an air hose from the valve подмешивания secondary air to injectors.

7. Disconnect from the case of a throttle hoses охладительного a path.

8. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline.
9. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements. Bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle tighten with effort of 22 Nanometers.

L models 3.0

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle are presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove воздухоприемную the chamber (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).

4. Disconnect cables of a drive throttle заслонки () and ().

And — a gas Cable
In — the Cable темпостата

5. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic valve of system of stabilisation of turns of idling (IAC) and the pressure gauge in the inlet pipeline (MAP).

And — Gauge MAP
In — Electromagnetic valve IAC
With — Perepusknoj an air hose

6. Disconnect from valve IAC перепускной an air hose.

7. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS).

8. Disconnect from the case of a throttle hoses охладительного a path.

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline.
10. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements. Bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle tighten with effort of 22 Nanometers.
