Service of components of a drive throttle заслонки

The general information

Unlike the traditional scheme, on considered models the cover of a cable of gas is fixed not in a partition of an impellent compartment, and on an arm of a pedal of an accelerator. In a similar design the big stability of conformity of movings throttle заслонки to course size drive a cable is realised. Besides, such scheme allows to avoid connected with deformations of a partition and infringements in installation of pedal assemblage of jerks at returnable movement of a cable.

Removal of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки and assemblages of a pedal of an accelerator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Give a fixing counternut тросовой assemblages on a pedal arm.
3. Liberate a cable from an arm.
4. Pass in an impellent compartment and disconnect a tip of a cable from a cam of a drive throttle заслонки, then liberate тросовую assemblage from a basic arm on the throttle case.
5. Liberate a cable from all other clamps located in an impellent compartment.

 Try not to bend тросовую assemblage!

6. Remove the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices with the contact socket of electroconducting built in in it.
7. On models with АТ disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of activation of a mode kickdown.
8. On models with РКПП remove a basic arm of assemblage of pedals of coupling and a foot brake (the Brake system see the Head).

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of a pedal of an accelerator to a basic arm.

10. Liberate from a partition of an impellent compartment the plug through passage тросовой assemblages, - from car salon push the plug in an impellent compartment.

11. Liberate from a partition a gas cable.

12. Having hooked a screw-driver with a flat sting, liberate from the lever of a pedal of an accelerator the fastening plug drive a cable.

13. Take from a basic arm of a pedal a clamp of a cable of gas.

Service of pedal assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure that the size lateral люфта pedal assemblage does not fall outside the limits an admissible range. In case of need replace axial plugs and a lock ring.

2. Remove a lock ring and liberate pedal assemblage from a basic arm.
3. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to grease axial and contact surfaces.

4. Check up serviceability of functioning of the gauge-switch of activation of a mode kickdown. If the gauge is faulty, or it плунжер does not stop in demanded position, make its replacement.

Limiting admissible value of size выступания wrung out плунжера: 2/0 mm

Adjustment of a pedal of gas

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Manually estimate sizes of free and working courses of a pedal of an accelerator. If results of measurements fall outside the limits admissible ranges, make corresponding updating by rotation of a nut of fixing тросовой assemblages on the throttle case.

2. On models with АТ check up on conformity to demanded values size of a course of the pedal leading to operation of the gauge-switch of activation of a mode kickdown, - try not to rotate the gauge-switch. In case of need correct in appropriate way gauge-switch position on the pedal lever. Having finished adjustment, tighten the gauge-switch with demanded effort (12 Nanometers).
