4.2.18. System of greasing and ventilation system картера
THE GENERAL DATA

Engine greasing is made under the pressure created шестеренчатым by the oil pump, located with the forward party of the engine.

Oil is sucked in through the mesh filter located in маслоприемнике, and through the filter arrives in channels of the block of cylinders. Therefrom oil arrives to a cranked shaft and a camshaft. Bearings of the bottom head of a rod are supplied with oil through internal drillings in a cranked shaft. To bearings of a camshaft oil also moves under pressure. Camshaft and valve cams are greased with the sprayed oil the same as also all other mobile details of the engine.

For normal work of hydraulic pushers of valves oil moves to them under pressure.

The pressure safety valve is screwed in in the case of the oil pump. The perepusknoj valve is located in the basis of the oil filter. The gauge of pressure of oil is screwed in in the case of the oil pump.

The ventilation system картера is established on all models, but depending on the engine of system of ventilation картеры differ.

The gases which have broken from the chamber of combustion in картер of the engine, and oil steams are delayed through hoses in a head of the block of cylinders. From a head of the block of cylinders картерные gases move in an inlet collector where they mix up with fresh fuel-air a mix and дожигаются in the combustion chamber. As a result of it the quantity of the harmful substances which are thrown out in atmosphere decreases.

For branch of oil from картерных gases the filter which in case of pollution is necessary for washing out in kerosene is established.

On engines with smaller volume in ventilation system картера there is a separator of oil which fastens bolts to the block of cylinders. If necessary remove and clear an oil separator.

On cars with long term of operation on an internal surface of hoses of system of ventilation the touch is formed. In this case it is necessary to remove a hose of system of ventilation картера and to clear it.

Periodically check reliability of fastening of hoses and their condition as at hose damage there can be infringements in the engine work which reason is very difficult for finding. In system of greasing of engines with a great volume the oil radiator is established. Oil passes through an adapter established between the oil filter and a casing.

The adapter contains the valve of the thermostat which blocks oil receipt to an oil radiator before oil warming up. The oil radiator is established before a radiator of system of cooling.

For access to an oil radiator it is necessary to remove a radiator of system of cooling or the forward panel of furnish.
