| 1. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft in the same way, as well as at removal of the oil pump. It is not required to remove a back casing of a gear belt and pulleys of camshafts. Remove the sealing ring located behind a pulley of a cranked shaft. |
| 2. Drill in a sealing ring two small apertures located in the opposite ends of a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled apertures of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend for heads of screws a sealing ring. Clear a nest for a sealing ring. |
| 3. Dip a new sealing ring into pure engine oil and, using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, establish a sealing ring in a nest at level with a surface of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. After installation of a new sealing ring apply a thin film hermetic GM 15 04 200/8 983 368 on a surface of the oil pump on which the sealing ring will nestle, then establish an intermediate ring on a cranked shaft. |
| 5. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At installation use a new gear belt. |
