| 1. Temporarily establish a pulley auxiliary drive a belt of a cranked shaft. Check up that adjusting labels on pulleys of a cranked shaft and camshafts are combined with indexes. Remove a pulley auxiliary drive a belt from a cranked shaft. |
| 2. Establish a gear belt on pulleys, since a pulley of a cranked shaft. |

3. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. At a tightening of bolts of fastening of a pulley keep a cranked shaft from проворачивания in the same way, as well as at unscrewing of bolts. |
| 4. Adjust a tension of a gear belt. For measurement of a tension of a gear belt it is necessary to use special tool Opel № КМ-666 (fig. Special tool Opel № КМ-666 for measurement of a tension of a gear belt see). In the absence of this tool the tension of a gear belt can be adjusted manually approximately but after that it is necessary to address as soon as possible on servicing deport for adjustment of a correct tension of a gear belt. |
