Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine and clear its external surface of a dirt.
2. Remove from a head of the block of cylinders collectors.
3. Unscrew spark plugs and remove the ignition distributor.
4. Remove camshafts.
5. Using a rubber sucker, remove hydraulic pushers of valves. At all do not overturn a head of the block of cylinders for extraction of hydraulic pushers. Store hydraulic pushers in the container with engine oil in vertical position. Thus the flute for oil giving in a hydraulic pusher should be located from below (it is specified by an arrow).
6. Remove коромысла, Pads axial pressure and hydraulic pushers from a head of the block of cylinders. Using the adaptation for compression of a spring of the valve, compress each spring and remove crackers from a valve end face. Remove the adaptation for compression of a spring and take a plate of a spring and a spring. Flat-nose pliers, being careful, take маслоотражательный a cap from a valve rod. Take the bottom plate of a spring.
7. When the valve spring is compressed also a spring cup does not act in film from crackers, it is necessary to strike a hammer through wooden брусок on a spring cup that will lead to clearing of crackers.
8. Take the valve through the combustion chamber. Each valve store in a separate polyethylene package together with a spring plate, a spring, a nest of a spring and crackers for their further installation on the places.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the rests of an old lining from a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Clear a deposit from combustion chambers, then wash up a head in corresponding solvent.
3. Clear of carbonaceous adjournment valves, probably, even with application of a wire brush.
4. Carefully examine a head of the block of cylinders on presence of cracks and other damages. In the presence of cracks the head is subject to replacement.
5. Using a metal ruler and probe, check up planeness of an interfaced surface of a head of the block of cylinders. At неплоскостности more than 0,1 mm it is necessary перешлифовать a head, thus its height should correspond to requirements.
6. Check up a condition of saddles of valves. If they are burnt, worn out or have defects, it is necessary to replace them. If deterioration of a saddle of the valve is insignificant, they are necessary for grinding in. Check up directing plugs of valves on deterioration, inserting into them a core of the valve and moving it aside. Moving should be insignificant. If moving is excessive, take the valve and measure diameter of a core of the valve. If necessary replace the valve. If the valve core is not worn out, means, the directing plug with which it is necessary to replace is worn out. Replacement of directing plugs of valves should be made at servicing deport.
7. If saddles of valves have to be перешлифованы, this operation is necessary for executing after installation of new directing valves.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease cores of valves with engine oil and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they have been ground in.
2. Establish the bottom cup of a spring.
3. In the complete set new маслоотражательных caps there is an adjusting plug which is established on a core of the valve and protects working edges маслоотражательных caps at their installation. Establish the adjusting plug on a valve core, lower маслоотражательный a cap in fresh engine oil and establish it on a valve core into place, being careful not to damage its working edges. For installation маслоотражательных caps use special metal оправку.
4. Establish клапанную a spring and the top cup of a spring.
5. The special adaptation compress клапанную a spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. Repeat this operation on other valves.
6. With a hammer through wooden брусок knock on an end face of a core of the valve that all elements of the valve were accurately established on the places.
7. Establish hydraulic pushers of valves in a head of the block of cylinders on the same places where they faced to removal. Before installation of pushers grease nests in a head of the block of cylinders with pure engine oil. At installation of new hydraulic pushers lower them in the container with pure engine oil and some times manually compress them to fill with their oil.
8. Establish camshafts.
9. Screw in spark plugs and establish the ignition distributor.
10. Establish collectors, the thermostat and a thermostat casing.
11. Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
