Removal and pallet installation картера and маслозаборника
REMOVAL
|
|
1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove forward wheels.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Disconnect a sleeve of an air inlet and remove an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
|
|
4. Remove the terminator of rocking of the engine. |
|
|
5. Remove arms of the top support of fastening of a radiator. |
|
|
6. Hang out the engine on лебедке. |
7. Raise the car, simultaneously choosing лебедкой slings on which the engine is hung out.
8. Remove protection картера.
|
|
9. Get under the car suitable capacity and merge impellent oil, having turned out from the pallet картера a drain stopper. |
|
|
10. Disconnect reception pipes of system of release of the fulfilled gases and remove them in gathering with the central section. |
|
|
11. Give nuts of fastening of rubber pillows of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit to a forward cross-beam to a beam. |
12. On the lifted engine turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet картера to the block of cylinders.
|
|
13. By means of the special adaptation separate the pallet картера from the block of cylinders.
|
|
Do not try to hook at all the pallet a screw-driver or mount, - use only the special adaptation with a cutting edge! |
|
|
|
14. Remove the mesh filter маслозаборника. |
15. Remove дефлекторную a plate. |
|
INSTALLATION
|
|
1. Check up a condition of the pallet and the mesh filter маслоприемника. Replace defective components.
2. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet картера and the engine block, completely having removed from them traces of old hermetic.
3. Establish дефлекторную a plate and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).
4. Connect to дефлекторной to a plate маслозаборник and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (10 Nanometers), - do not forget to replace a sealing ring.

5. Put on an interfaced surface of the pallet картера hermetic of type Three Bond 1215.
|
|
The hermetic pillow should be imposed from the inside болтовых apertures. Press the pallet to the block, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (5 Nanometers). |
|
6. Lower the engine on a cross-section beam and tighten nuts of pillows of support with demanded effort (85 Nanometers).
7. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
8. In summary connect a negative wire to the battery and fill in impellent oil (Routine maintenance see the Head). |
