Removal, check of a condition and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk
REMOVAL
|

|
|
The design and principle of functioning of a flywheel are in detail stated in the Head Coupling. |
1. Remove transmission assemblage.
2. On models with РКПП remove coupling assemblage (Coupling see the Head).
|
|
3. By means of adaptation ST 498497100 block a cranked shaft from проворачивания and, having taken advantage of a head of type TORX PLUS (ST 499057000), turn out bolts of fastening of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk. |
|
|
CHECK
|
|
|
|
1. Visually estimate a condition of a working surface of a flywheel and its gear wreath. In case of revealing of defects replace assemblage. |
2. Check up smoothness of rotation of the ball bearing, rotating it in a persistent direction.
3. At revealing of noise or excessive люфта replace a flywheel. |
|
INSTALLATION
|
|
1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
|
|
2. The tightening of bolts of fastening of a flywheel with demanded effort (72 Nanometers) should be made in a diagonal order. |
