Removal, service and installation of the oil pump

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 At removal of the pump from the engine ослабьте a stopper редукционного the valve.


1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove protection картера.
4. Empty cooling system (Routine maintenance see the Head).
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove a radiator (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
7. Remove the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP).
8. Remove V-shaped приводные belts.

9. Remove натяжитель a back V-shaped belt.


10. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
11. Remove the water pump (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
12. On models with РКПП remove directing газораспределительного a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ, check of a condition of components).

13. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft.

14. Turn out bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders.

15. Having hooked a screw-driver with a flat sting, remove the oil pump, - try not to damage interfaced surfaces of pump assemblage and the block.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 The stopper редукционного the valve should be weakened during removal of pump assemblage from the engine.

Turn out fixing screws and uncover the oil pump. Before extraction of rotors mark their position from each other.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a condition of the case of pump assemblage. Estimate degree of deterioration of an aperture under a shaft, make sure of absence of infringement of passableness of oil channels, signs of deterioration of walls роторной the chamber and other mechanical damages.

2. By means of special оправки ST 499587100 plant in pump assemblage the NEW forward epiploon.

 Use a new epiploon.

3. Grease external and internal rotors with impellent oil.
4. Establish rotors in the former positions according to the marks put in the course of dismantle.
5. Check up a condition of components редукционного the valve (the following subsection see).
6. Establish components редукционного the valve. Screw a stopper and tighten it with demanded effort (44 Nanometers).
7. Make check of working backlashes of rotors (the following subsection see).
8. Establish a cover of the oil pump. Tighten bolts of fastening with necessary effort.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure backlash size between tops of teeths of rotors. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need replace both rotors.

2. Measure backlash size between a forming surface of an external rotor and a wall роторной chambers. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need replace a rotor.

3. Measure size axial люфта an internal rotor. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need replace a rotor, or the assemblage case.

4. Estimate degree of deterioration of components редукционного the valve. Measure free and adjusting lengths клапанной springs, and also effort of adjusting compression. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. Defective components replace.
5. Check up epiploon edges on presence of deformations, hardenings, deterioration, etc. and replace it in case of need.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to a removal order, taking into account listed below the moments.

2. Put on an interfaced surface of pump assemblage hermetic of type Three Bond 1215, - hermetic is imposed from the inside ботовых apertures. Establish the NEW sealing ring (A) (see in the same place).

3. Moisten sealing sponges of an epiploon with impellent oil.

4. Be careful, - try not to damage at installation of pump assemblage an epiploon.
5. In the correct image develop pump assemblage concerning a cranked shaft (be guided on adjusting risk), then accurately fill it on the seat on the block, - track, that sealing sponges of an epiploon were not restive.

6. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
