The design of the broad valve is presented on an illustration.

The broad valve is connected both to inlet, and to final to dilator ports. The valve serves for transformation arriving to it from a receiver-dehumidifier which is under a high pressure of a liquid coolant in a suspension arriving in the evaporator of low pressure. The cooled coolant being under low pressure easily evaporates, taking away heat from air filling salon.

The valve carries out the problem after transformation of a working body of system at the expense of automatic control of the coolant expense according to current thermal loading.

The coolant temperature is supervised by the special thermosensitive element which has been built in in низконапорный the channel of the broad valve. Management of account characteristics is made by means of the ball valve which is settling down in высоконапорной of a part of assemblage.

At increase in thermal loading at system the coolant temperature on an evaporator exit rises that conducts to increase of pressure Р1 around installation of a thermosensitive element. As soon as the size of the effort developed by pressure Р1 becomes above the sum of the efforts developed by pressure Р2 on an exit of the evaporator and a spring (F), i.e. the condition is satisfied: Р1> Р2 + F, occurs отжимание downwards the diaphragms, leading to lifting over the saddle клапанного a ball and corresponding increases in the expense of a coolant.


At decrease in thermal loading the return picture takes place.
