Removal and installation of the inlet block of system K/V, evaporator replacement

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make a discharge of a central air in the conditions of a specialised workshop.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. In an impellent compartment turn out bolts of fastening of the broad valve and a tube.

4. Remove the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
5. Remove blocks of remote control of the uniform lock and CRU.
6. Disconnect electroconducting of a drive of the top hatch.
7. Disunite a contact socket of the servo-driver.
8. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromotor of the fan of a heater.

9. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of temperature of air in car salon.

10. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove assemblage of the inlet block.

Evaporator replacement

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove from a casing of the inlet block the resistor and термистор. Turn out fixing screws, divide a casing and take the evaporator.

And — the Resistor
In — Termistor

2. Remove from the evaporator the broad valve.

3. Assemblage is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing rings.

 At installation of the new evaporator fill in in the compressor corresponding quantity of refrigerator oil (114 ml).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget about necessity of replacement of sealing rings.

The central air recharge should be made in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop.
