3. If the tip is used further, mark its position to a draught bar.
4. Fix a bar of draught from проворачивания and give on a half-turn a counternut.
5. Precisely having counted quantity of turns on a carving, turn out and remove from draught its tip.
6. Count and write down quantity of the bared coils of a carving from an end face of the spherical hinge of a tip to a counternut. Check up serviceability of a condition of a tip, its protective cover, a shaft and a carving of a spherical finger. In case of revealing of the hinge specifying in deterioration люфта or mechanical damages make replacement.
7. Carefully clean a carving on a draught bar.

1. At installation of a new tip transfer on it an old counternut, having screwed it so that that the quantity of the bared coils of a carving corresponded to the value fixed in the course of dismantle.
2. Screw a tip in draught on the quantity of turns counted in the course of dismantle. Thus the tip counternut should appear отстоящей from an emphasis on a turn quarter (be verified with the marks put earlier).
3. Fix a tip in ступичной to assemblage and screw a new nut of a spherical finger, having tightened it with demanded effort.
4. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
5. Check up corners of installation of forward wheels (Corners of installation of wheels - the general information, check and adjustment of convergence of forward wheels see), then strongly tighten a counternut of a tip of steering draught.
