Removal, major repairs and installation of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

The divider of spherical support and new nuts of fastening of the lever, and also fastening of racks of a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability be required.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (the Uniform hydraulic system see the Head).
2. Prop up противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
3. Loosen the and partially turn away a nut of a finger of the bottom spherical support (turn away a nut till the end of a carving fingers for the purpose of protection of coils by last at hinge liberation). Liberate шаровый a finger from ступичной assemblages by means of a divider of spherical support, then definitively remove a nut.
4. Operating in a similar manner, partially turn away a nut of fastening of a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the end of a bar of the stabilizer, then liberate the end of a bar from a rack by means of a divider of spherical support. Remove a nut.

At отдавании nuts keep the end of a finger of a rack from проворачивания with the help пруткового a key on 5.0 mm.

5. Turn out two back screws of the bottom lever. Pay attention that the most back bolt is used also for fastening of a collar of a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability. Take bolts and remove a stabilizer collar.

6. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the forward end of the bottom lever to a stretcher, then remove lever assemblage.

Major repairs

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clear the bottom lever and surfaces round points of its fastening, completely having removed all traces of a dirt and an anticorrosive covering. Attentively examine the lever on presence of signs of deformation and other defects of a mechanical order. It is necessary to give special attention to a condition of axial plugs. Replace defective components. Track, that replaceable details under the characteristics corresponded removed from the car. Most correctly to use firm spare parts of manufacture of company Citroyon.
2. Check up a shaft of an axial bolt on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get assemblage of the bottom lever on the regular place and freely fill a forward axial bolt. Screw on a bolt a new nut. Do not tighten fixture at the given stage.
2. Establish a collar of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability, then screw two back bolts of fastening of the bottom lever. Do not forget to replace a nut. Besides do not tighten while fixture definitively.
3. Before a tightening of nuts the bottom edge of the external end of the lever should be lowered approximately on 8.0 mm below a stretcher bottom.
4. Having lowered the lever in a demanded point (the previous paragraph see), tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort.
5. Connect the bottom spherical support, screw on its finger a new nut and tighten it with demanded effort.
6. Connect a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the end of its bar, then screw a new fixing nut and tighten it with demanded effort. The core of a spherical finger at a nut tightening can be kept from проворачивания with the help пруткового a key on 5.0 mm.
7. Establish into place a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort.
8. Tighten спускной the gate of a regulator of pressure and translate a control lever a suspension bracket in position "Maximum" (the Uniform hydraulic system see the Head).
