Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft

The right epiploon

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and (at a corresponding complete set) the remote plug (Removal, check of a condition and installation натяжителя and cogwheels газораспределительного a belt see). Take away газораспределительный a belt aside from a working zone and fix it there in order to avoid pollution by oil. Measure and write down adjusting depth of landing of an epiploon in the casing.

2. Pierce, or drill in a face surface of an epiploon pair of small apertures and screw in them саморезы. Grasp heads of screws nippers and take an epiploon from the nest in a casing. Alternatively the epiploon can be taken a way поддевания a screw-driver with a flat sting - try not to damage a wall of a nest and a persistent coat hanger on a shaft pin.

3. Clear a casing of an epiploon and carefully remove from walls of a nest and a shaft pin all roughnesses and the teases, capable to lead to failure of a new epiploon.
4. Grease sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, then accurately put on it a pin of a cranked shaft (sponges inside). Try not to damage soft sponges of an epiploon at its putting on on a pin.
5. By means of approaching оправки (a face head of the corresponding size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter) begin to knock an epiploon in a casing nest on former depth (item 1 see).
6. Collect rags surplus of oil and establish into place a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (Removal, check of a condition and installation натяжителя and cogwheels газораспределительного a belt see).

The left epiploon

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a flywheel / приводной a disk (Removal, check of a condition and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk see). Measure and write down adjusting depth of landing of an epiploon in the casing.
