1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Prop up back wheels противооткатными boots, then поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props.
3. Merge impellent oil (address to the Head Routine maintenance), then wipe a drain stopper, return it on the regular place and strongly tighten. If will make oil replacement, replace also the oil filter.
4. At a corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from screwed in the pallet картера the gauge of temperature of impellent oil.
5. Shift aside the accumulator of a regulator of pressure and remove приводной a belt (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
6. On the models which have been not equipped К/В, отболтите the hydraulic pump of a high pressure with маслозаборной a tube. A wire tie up pump assemblage aside, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines. Also remove the generator (start and charge Systems see) and отболтите an arm of its fastening from a pallet wall картера.
7. On models with К/В with established on a wall of the pallet the compressor отболтите last also shift it aside. Tie up compressor assemblage to кузовным to elements, trying not to admit a tension of refrigerator lines.

At all do not disconnect a line of a refrigerator path (preventions in the Head of System of cooling, heating see)!

8. On models with К/В отболтите a plate of the bottom cover of transmission.
9. In stages ослабьте also remove all bolts of fastening of the pallet of a crater of the engine. As pallet bolts have various length, take them serially and at once pass in corresponding apertures of template in advance made of a cardboard.
10. Обстучите the pallet on perimetre a palm for the purpose of destruction of a layer of hermetic. Separate the pallet from картера the engine and take it from under the car. At a corresponding complete set remove a sealing lining. The lining is not subject to a reuse and should be replaced without fail. Having taken advantage of a case, check up a condition and passableness of the mesh filter маслозаборника the oil pump. In case of need remove the pump (Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump see) and clean, or replace the filter.
11. On some models between a flange of the pallet and the basis картера the big remote plate is established. In this case it is necessary to turn out two fixing screws, located on a diagonal of a plate and to remove last from the block. Try to remember adjusting position of a plate.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet картера and the block of cylinders, then pure rags wipe internal walls of cavities of the pallet and the engine.

2. If between the pallet and the basis картера the remote plate is provided, carefully smooth out its surface interfaced to the engine and put on it a thin layer of suitable hermetic (see further).

3. Press a plate to the block of cylinders/karteru of the engine and strongly tighten fixing screws.

4. On models where the pallet картера is established without a lining, track, that interfaced surfaces were absolutely pure and dry. Put on a surface of a flange of the pallet a thin layer of hermetic.
5. If the lining is provided, track, that from interfaced surfaces traces of a material of an old lining have been completely removed, then carefully wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. Lay a new lining to a surface of a flange of the pallet, for time fixing having planted it on pair dabs of dense greasing.
6. Press the pallet to the basis of the block of cylinders/kartera of the engine. Screw fixing bolts (everyone on the former place) and in stages in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.
7. On models К/В establish into place a plate of the bottom cover of transmission and strongly tighten bolts of its fastening. Fix the compressor on a pallet wall, having tightened with demanded effort bolts.
8. On models without К/В establish into place assembly скобу the generator, the generator and assemblage of the hydraulic pump of a high pressure with a tube.
9. Establish приводной a belt of auxiliary units (address to the Head Routine maintenance) and the accumulator of a regulator of pressure.
10. At a corresponding complete set connect electroconducting to the gauge of temperature of impellent oil.
11. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in it impellent oil (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
12. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
