5. Having turned out a fixing bolt, remove a cogwheel from a shaft pin. Freely filled landing pin should be taken from a back end face of a wheel and to clean in a reliable place. At once check up the epiploon of a camshaft located under a wheel on presence of signs of development of leaks. 2. Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a roller натяжителя also remove last from the basic hairpin. Check up serviceability of a condition of a hairpin, in case of need make replacement.

1. Carefully clear surfaces of cogwheels and attentively examine them. In case of revealing of signs of non-uniform deterioration of teeths, cracks and other mechanical damages replace a defective wheel.

2. Screw a fixing bolt (do not forget about a washer) and tighten it with demanded effort. For fixing of a shaft in the course of a bolt tightening take advantage вильчатым of capture.

3. Achieve drilling combination in a cogwheel with a reciprocal aperture in a head of cylinders and pass in them a blocking core of the corresponding diameter (Fixing cranked/distributive shaft for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see). Make sure that the core blocking a cranked shaft, also is on the regular place.
4. Throw a cogwheel газораспределительный with a belt. Track, that forward "run" of a belt has appeared will pull, and all weak point has gathered on the arrangement party натяжителя. Try not to bend and not to overwind a belt tape excessively. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels.
5. Correct image having arranged a belt on cogwheels, make adjustment of its tension (the Belt of drive ГРМ - the general information, removal and installation see).

1. At a corresponding complete set put on a pin of a cranked shaft the remote plug. Try not to damage an epiploon. Establish in a groove on a pin segment шпонку.
2. Having achieved groove combination in a nave with шпонкой, plant a cogwheel on a pin.
3. 4. Remove a pulley and throw газораспределительный with a belt a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. Track, that forward "run" of a belt has appeared will pull, and all weak point has gathered on the arrangement party натяжителя. Try not to bend and not to overwind a belt tape excessively. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels.
5. Make a belt tension (the Belt of drive ГРМ - the general information, removal and installation see).
6. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft and establish into place a forward cover () (Removal and installation of covers газораспределительного a belt see).
7. Finalise into place a pulley of a cranked shaft (Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft see) and connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Put on a roller натяжителя the basic hairpin and fix its bolt.
2. Track, that forward "run" of a belt has appeared will pull, and all weak point has gathered on the arrangement party натяжителя. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels. Develop a roller натяжителя counter-clockwise, completely having chosen a belt weak point. Tighten a fixing nut.
