4.1.6.2. Installation of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. At clearing be careful, as the aluminium alloy is very easy for damaging. 2. Check up, that the deposit has not got to oil and water channels. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine components. If necessary clear channels. 3. Check up interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders on presence of notches, deep scratches and other damages. If defects small, they can be removed machining. But at detail major defects are subject to replacement. 4. Clear apertures under bolts in a head of the block of cylinders. Bolt screwing up in the aperture filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure. The prevention At installation of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders. 5. Screw in two directing racks in the block of cylinders. Directing racks can be made independently of two old bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. Cut off from bolts of a head and instead of them cut grooves for a screw-driver. After installation of a head of the block of cylinders, using a screw-driver, unscrew directing cores. 6. Establish a new lining without hermetic on the block of cylinders. 7. Establish a head of the block of cylinders and manually screw in bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew directing cores and instead of them screw in the remained two bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. 8. Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in some stages in the sequence shown in drawing. 9. Establish pushers so that they have settled down on camshaft cams. 10. Turn коромысла so that they have settled down on pushers, and adjust клапанные backlashes. 11. Establish with a new lining an inlet collector with the carburettor on a head of the block of cylinders. 12. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with a new lining and fix its four bolts. 13. Connect hoses of a heater and radiator hoses to the water pump and a head of the block of cylinders. 14. Connect a hose of giving of fuel to the carburettor, a vacuum tube to the distributor of ignition and ventilation hoses картера to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. 15. Connect and adjust a cable of an accelerator and a cable of management air заслонкой. 16. Connect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes to a final collector. 17. Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and connect high-voltage wires to the coil of ignition and spark plugs. 18. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt on pulleys and adjust its tension. 19. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and fix bolts before compression of springs. 20. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system, establish the air filter and connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
