| 1. Remove the oil pump. |

2. Unscrew screws and uncover the oil pump. |
| 3. Using a marker, note an arrangement of an internal and external rotor of the oil pump. |
| 4. Clear all details of the oil pump and check up their condition. |
|
5. Using an edge probeа, measure a backlash between an internal and external rotor of the oil pump. |
|
6. If any of the measured backlashes does not correspond to technical requirements, replace corresponding details of the oil pump. Keep in mind that on external surfaces of rotors of the oil pump there are corresponding labels. |
|
7. Unscrew a bolt of a safety valve of pressure from a forward part of the case of the oil pump and take a spring and плунжер from the pump case. |
|
8. Replace the forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft located from the forward party of the case of the oil pump. Using a screw-driver edge, take an old sealing ring and, using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring. |
| 9. Check up that interfaced surfaces of a back cover of the pump and the pump case pure and dry, then put on these surfaces a thin layer of hermetic and establish a back cover on the pump. Screw in screws of fastening of a cover. |
| 10. Establish the oil pump on the engine. |
