Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

L models 1,2

1. Lift and fix on supports a forward part of the car.

2. Working under the car, disconnect from a final collector a reception exhaust pipe for what unscrew two bolts and remove springs.

3. Remove the air filter.

4. Unscrew six bolts, крепящих a final collector to a head of the block of cylinders, and remove a collector and a collector lining.

Models 1,3, 1,4 and 1,6 l

5. Remove the air filter. Remove an air inlet of air warmed up by a final collector.

6. Unscrew nuts or bolts and disconnect from a final collector a reception exhaust pipe.

7. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a final collector and remove a collector from hairpins. Remove a lining of a final collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

L models 1,2

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, but thus it is necessary to use a new lining. A tightening of bolts of fastening of a collector make gradually and in regular intervals, since the middle to edges.

Models 1,3, 1,4 and 1,6 l

2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, but thus it is necessary to use a new lining. Tighten nuts of fastening of a collector gradually and consistently, beginning from the centre to edge. At connection of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector use a new lining.
