Subaru Legacy/Outback

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

5. Remove the external handle of a door (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of components замковых assemblages).

6. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of a forward rack (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish) and disunite a contact socket of connecting electroconducting.

7. Prop up a door a jack, - for the purpose of prevention of damage of a paint and varnish covering between a head of a jack and the door panel it is necessary to lay wooden брусок.

8. Release terminator fixture.

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of a door to loopy assemblages and accurately remove the door panel, - take advantage of the help of the assistant.

10. By means of a special key (ST 925610000) turn out fixing bolts and separate loopy assemblages from a body rack.

11. Installation is made upside-down, - it is necessary to grease rubbing surfaces of loopy assemblages консистентной with greasing. Track, that all carving fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications see).

1. By means of key ST 925610000 release bolts of fastening of loopy assemblages to кузовной to a rack and make adjustment of position of the door panel in a longitudinal or vertical direction.
2. For updating of position of a first line of a door in a cross-section or vertical direction release bolts of fastening of the panel to loopy assemblages.

3. In case of need ослабьте screws of fastening of the drummer of the lock of a door and accurate blows of a hammer correct its adjusting position.  In order to avoid damage of a nut plate at all do not apply for отпускания fixing screws a shock key! And — Fixing screws In — the Drummer

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of a door to loopy assemblages and accurately remove the door panel, - take advantage of the help of the assistant.
10. By means of a special key (ST 925610000) turn out fixing bolts and separate loopy assemblages from a body rack.
11. Installation is made upside-down, - it is necessary to grease rubbing surfaces of loopy assemblages консистентной with greasing. Track, that all carving fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

1. Open a back door.
2. Remove the external handle of a door (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of components замковых assemblages).
3. Remove assemblage замковой latches (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of components замковых assemblages).
4. Remove panels of an internal upholstery of a door (see Has undressed Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors, including a back door (models Legacy the Versatile person and Outback) and a luggage space cover (models the Sedan)).
5. Remove the cylinder of the lock of a door (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of components замковых assemblages).
6. Remove door section of the back combined lanterns (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
7. Remove a back screen wiper (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of screen wipers and components of a path of giving of a washing liquid).
8. Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting of a drive of a screen wiper, a thermoelectric element of heating of back glass and back lighting devices.
9. Disconnect a hose of giving of a washing liquid.

10. Remove a rubber protective sleeve and liberate from an aperture through passage in the door panel burn down electroconductings and a giving hose washing liquids.

11. Reliably prop up a door of a back a suitable bar and turn out fastening bolts газонаполненных a telescopic emphasis.  Telescopic emphasis is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of failure is replaced in gathering!

12. Release loopy bolts and remove door assemblage, - take advantage of the help of the assistant.
13. Installation is made upside-down, - it is necessary to grease rubbing surfaces of loopy assemblages консистентной with greasing. Track, that all carving fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
14. Estimate uniformity of landing of a door in кузовном an aperture, in case of need release loopy fixture and make corresponding updating.

1. Open a luggage space cover.
2. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting.

3. Release fixing bolts and uncover loopy assemblages, - take advantage of the help of the assistant.

4. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort (14 Nanometers).

1. Open a luggage space cover.

2. By means of stripper ST 927780000 liberate торсионную draught from loopy assemblage.  Be careful, - after removal of draughts the luggage carrier cover can sharply slam!

3. Installation is made upside-down, - grease консистентной with greasing rubbing elements of loopy assemblages and interfaced surfaces торсионных draughts.
