Pay attention 10 times an arrangement and a design of the clamps used for fastening of lateral overlays.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Paste over an overlay on perimetre with an adhesive tape.

If the overlay is established into place, stick with its adhesive tape entirely.

2. Get under face edge of an overlay a scaffold in diameter of 0.8 mm and, having pulled for it, cut a sticky layer of a bilaterial adhesive tape by means of which the overlay fastens to кузовной panels.

3. Cautiously delaying on itself overlay edge, by means of a special stripper liberate fixing clamps.

For the purpose of increase of efficiency of action of structure on removal of sticky weight, do not tear off fragments of a bilaterial adhesive tape from кузовной the panel and the back party of an overlay.

4. If for overlay fastening the bilaterial adhesive tape of a considerable thickness was used, remove a layer part, having cut with its knife with a thin flexible edge.
5. Moisten fragments of an adhesive tape with structure of type Sumitomo 3M4000.

Try not to suppose structure hit on a surface of a paint and varnish covering кузовного an element!

6. Cover the moistened adhesive tape with a polyethylene film and within 5-10 minutes warm up a lamp of infra-red radiation, - the surface under a film should be warmed up to temperature of an order 40 ч 60 °С.

Do not suppose an overheat of the film, leading it замутнению!

7. Plastic шпателем accurately remove fragments of a bilaterial adhesive tape from a surface кузовной panels.
8. Unstick a protective adhesive tape and definitively clear a surface of a door of glue traces, having wiped its pure rags moistened with gasoline.
9. In case of need, operating similarly, remove a fragment of a bilaterial adhesive tape from the back party of an overlay.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If the overlay which was in the use is established, miss the mark its back party with a first coat of type Sumitomo 3MK-500 and, after drying of last, paste on it strips of a bilaterial adhesive tape (type Sumitomo 3М5306) thickness of 1.2 mm and width 5 mm.

2. By means of the Ik-radiation lamp warm up кузовную the panel and the back party of an overlay to temperature 40 ч 60 °С.
3. Remove from a surface of a bilaterial adhesive tape a protective film/paper and, passing clamps in reception apertures in кузовной panels, press an overlay to a surface of last, simultaneously latching clamps. Прокатайте an overlay a roller with clamping effort not less than 5 кГс, try not to suppose hits under air overlay. Make sure of reliability защелкивания clamps.
4. For the purpose of maintenance of a guarantee of reliable polymerisation of adhesion do not wash the car during a minimum of 24 hours.
