Removal and installation of the forward gauge of speed (VSS)

Sockets of electromagnetic valves

A — the Executive electromagnetic valve of blocking of the hydrotransformer (Dark blue)
B — the Distributive electromagnetic valve of coupling of lowering transfers (Grey)
C — the Executive electromagnetic valve of pressure in a line (Red)
D — the Electromagnetic valve of switching 2 (Yellow)
E — the Electromagnetic valve of switching 1 (Green)
F — the Distributive electromagnetic valve of a brake 2-4 (Black)

G — the Executive electromagnetic valve of a brake 2-4 (Red)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an air cleaner/vozduhopriemnuju the chamber (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path of the Head of the Power supply system and release).

4. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting of transmission.

5. Remove the rocking terminator (the Engine see the Head).
6. Liberate a socket of electroconducting of transmission from a basic arm.
7. Lift the car.
8. Clear transmission outside.
9. Turn out a drain stopper, merge ATF, then screw a stopper into place and tighten it with demanded effort with demanded effort.
10. Remove reception, central and back sections of system of release of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
11. Uncover a thermofilter.
12. Remove карданный a shaft (Coupling see the Head).
13. Prop up a transmission special трансмиссионным a jack, track, that the jack did not rest against the pallet картера.
14. Remove a back cross-section beam of transmission.
15. Lower a jack together with transmission.

16. Remove inlet and final tubes маслоохладительного a path.

At removal of a final tube do not lose balls and the springs used complete with screws.

17. Remove forward and back gauges of speed of the car (VSS) and the gauge of turns of the turbine of the hydrotransformer.

18. Remove the pallet картера transmissions.
19. Disunite contact sockets of executive electromagnetic valves and a socket of the gauge of temperature ATF. Liberate sockets from clamps.
20. Remove burn down electroconductings.
21. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. At pallet installation картера АТ put hermetic of type Three Bond 1217B on interfaced surfaces of the pallet картера and round three not screw apertures in case AT. At installation of a final tube маслоохладителя do not forget to replace an aluminium sealing washer.
