REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Clear transmission outside.
3. Turn out a drain stopper and merge ATF, then screw a stopper into place and tighten with demanded effort.
4. Remove the pallet картера. Take and carefully clear a magnet. Remove traces of a material of an old lining from interfaced surfaces of the pallet and картера transmissions.
5. Disunite contact sockets of executive electromagnetic valves and a socket of the gauge of temperature ATF. Liberate sockets from clamps.

6. Remove клапанную assemblage, - try not to hook on electroconducting of the executive electromagnetic valve of the distributing device.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the mesh filter маслозаборника from the bottom section of the case клапанной assemblages.

2. Remove executive electromagnetic valves, electromagnetic valves and gauges from the bottom case клапанной assemblages.
3. Turn out coupling bolts separate the top section клапанной assemblages from the bottom.

 Do not lose 10 balls, посаженых in the top and average sections of the case, and also the mesh filters planted in the bottom section. Taking an opportunity, clean sections клапанной assemblages.

4. Remove from average section клапанной assemblages the top dividing plate.

5. Remove springs of valves from the top section клапанной assemblages.

6. Having submitted compressed air, liberate from the top section клапанной assemblages pistons of accumulators.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Plant in the top section клапанной assemblages pistons of the accumulator, a spring of valves and steel balls.

2. Establish basic and top dividing plates on average section клапанной assemblages. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (8 Nanometers).

3. Plant balls in average section клапанной assemblages.

4. Plant three mesh filters in the bottom section клапанной assemblages.

5. Establish the bottom dividing plate on the bottom section клапанной assemblages.

6. Temporarily tighten coupling bolts, - try not to admit loss of balls and filters.
7. Tighten coupling bolts with demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
8. Establish gauges and electromagnetic valves and tighten their fixture with demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
9. Establish the mesh filter маслозаборника on the bottom section клапанной assemblages and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
10. After assemblage make sure of absence of dents, cracks and a dust on each component.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. At pallet installation картера АТ put hermetic of type Three Bond 1217B on interfaced surfaces of the pallet картера and round three not screw apertures in case AT. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF Dexron III in the same quantity what has been merged.
2. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. At pallet installation картера АТ put hermetic of type Three Bond 1217B on interfaced surfaces of the pallet and round three not screw apertures in case AT. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF Dexron III to the middle of a "cold" scale measuring probeа.
