PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine components. If necessary clear channels. 2. Clear apertures under bolts in the block. Establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders so that inscription OBEN or TORAHS were from above. At installation of a lining do not use hermetic. 4. Establish hydraulic pushers of valves, Pads axial pressure and коромысла on a head of the block of cylinders on the places. If new hydraulic pushers of valves or after dismantling of pushers are established, before their installation in a head of the block of cylinders lower each pusher in the container with pure engine oil and a hand some times compress them for filling with their oil. 5. Apply a thin film hermetic on a surface of a head of the block of the cylinders, interfaced to the camshaft case, and establish the camshaft case into place. Check up that the label on a camshaft pulley is combined with the index. 7. Fix a head of the block of cylinders new bolts, having tightened them in the sequence shown on fig. In diagonal sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. 11. Check up that were correctly established under bolts an arm of support of high-voltage wires and топливопроводов. 12. Connect high-voltage wires and establish a cover of the distributor of ignition. 13. Establish the fuel pump with new linings. Connect to the fuel pump submitting and returnable fuel tubes. 14. Establish and adjust a tension of a gear belt, then establish a casing of a gear belt. 15. Establish and adjust a tension auxiliary drive a generator belt. 16. Connect hoses of giving of a cooling liquid and fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. Fix an arm of support of a pipe of system of cooling on a final collector. 17. Connect a cable of an accelerator and a cable of management air заслонкой to the carburettor. On models with automatic air заслонкой connect an electric socket. 18. Connect to an inlet collector a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. Connect an electric socket to the gauge of temperature and a ventilation hose картера. 19. Establish the air filter. 20. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator and start the engine. After engine start, probably, the noise published by hydraulic pushers which will be gone after filling of hydraulic pushers with oil will be audible. 21. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature, then check up a corner of an advancing of ignition. 22. Switch off the engine, immediately remove the air filter and tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, having tightened them on a certain corner on a spiral from within outside.
