The prevention

At dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use the special adaptation for compression клапанных springs. At assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use new маслоотражательные caps.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a head of the block of cylinders and clear it of a dirt.
2. Using the adaptation for compression of a spring of the valve, compress each spring and remove crackers from a valve end face. Remove the adaptation for compression of a spring and take a plate of a spring and a spring. Flat-nose pliers, being careful, take маслоотражательный a cap from a valve rod. Take the bottom plate of a spring. Keep in mind that the bottom plates of a spring inlet () and final () the valve differ.
3. When the valve spring is compressed also a spring plate does not act in film from crackers, it is necessary to strike a hammer through wooden брусок on a spring cup that will lead to clearing of crackers.
4. Take the valve through the combustion chamber. Each valve store in a separate polyethylene package together with a spring plate, a spring, the bottom plate of a spring and crackers for their further installation on the places.
5. Check up a condition of saddles of valves. If they are burnt, worn out or have defects, it is necessary to replace them. If deterioration of a saddle of the valve is insignificant, they are necessary for grinding in. Check up directing plugs of valves on deterioration, inserting into them a core of the valve and moving it aside. Moving should be insignificant.
6. Using a metal ruler and probe, check up planeness of an interfaced surface of a head of the block of cylinders. At неплоскостности more than 0,1 mm it is necessary перешлифовать a head, thus its height should correspond to requirements.
7. Check up a condition of nests of pushers in a head of the block of cylinders. If nests of pushers are worn out, replace a head of the block of cylinders. Also check up a condition of apertures in a head of the block of cylinders for oil giving to hydraulic pushers.
8. On engines with the big term of operation, probably, pollution have got in the hydraulic valve, the poet recommends to assort and clear each time at dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders hydraulic pushers. Spare parts to hydraulic pushers do not go on sale, therefore at failure of any detail of a pusher it is necessary to replace a hydraulic pusher in gathering (fig. of the Detail of a hydraulic pusher see).
9. Remove the bearing from the top part of the cylinder of a hydraulic pusher, thus do not deform it. Take from the cylinder of a hydraulic pusher плунжер and a spring. An edge of a small screw-driver, being careful, uncover the basis плунжера and take a spring and a ball.
10. Clear details of a hydraulic pusher kerosene or solvent and wipe or dry up pusher details. Check up a condition of springs and, in the presence of damages or deformation, replace a hydraulic pusher in gathering.
11. Grease details of a hydraulic pusher with pure engine oil and collect a pusher.
12. Turn плунжер and insert a ball (1) into an aperture (2) in the basis плунжера.
13. Establish a small spring (1) in a cover плунжера, then, being careful, establish a cover with a spring. Check up that the spring draws in a ball (2).
14. Using a screw-driver edge, press a cover into a flute плунжера.
15. Establish the big spring on a cover плунжера.
16. Establish плунжер with a spring in the cylinder of a hydraulic pusher.
17. Establish the bearing (1) on the top part плунжера and, being careful, hands compress плунжер before accurate fixing of the bearing in a flute of the cylinder of a pusher (2).
18. On some engines in a head of the block of cylinders the valve (it is specified by an arrow), stabilising pressure of the oil submitted to pushers of valves is established. For valve extraction unscrew a carving stopper and tap М10 take the valve from a nest. At installation of the new valve observe cleanliness that pollution have not got to oil channels.
19. Grease cores of valves with engine oil and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they have been ground in.
20. Establish the bottom plate of a spring.
21. In the complete set new маслоотражательных caps there is an adjusting plug which is established on a core of the valve and protects working edges маслоотражательных caps at their installation. Establish the adjusting plug on a valve core, lower маслоотражательный a cap in fresh engine oil and establish it on a valve core into place, being careful not to damage its working edges. For installation маслоотражательных caps use special metal оправку.
22. Establish клапанную a spring and the top plate a spring.
23. The special adaptation compress клапанную a spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. Repeat this operation on other valves.
24. With a hammer through wooden брусок knock on an end face of a core of the valve that all elements of the valve were accurately established on the places.
25. On engines 1,6 (16 SH), 1,8 and 2,0 l at the removed head of the block of cylinders replace a sealing ring of a casing of the thermostat.
