REMOVAL
Preparation for installation
|
1. Carefully smooth out and wipe dry interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. For removal of all traces of a material of an old lining and a deposit use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. Also clear the bottoms of pistons. Be extremely cautious, - surfaces are easy for damaging. INSTALLATION
|
1. Having replaced a sealing lining, establish a head of cylinders on the regular place on the block. 2. With impellent oil grease carving parts of fixing bolts, persistent surfaces of their heads and a washer.

3. Screw bolts and tighten them in strictly certain order, with effort of 29 Nanometers, then, in the same order hold on with effort of the second stage (69 Nanometers). |
4. In two steps release bolts, turning everyone on 180 ° for the approach. 5. Tighten bolts (1) and (2) with effort of 34 Nanometers, then tighten bolts (3), (4), (5) and (6) with effort of 15 Nanometers. Further hold on all bolts in ascending order serial numbers for 80 ÷ 90 (no more) than degrees.

6. At the final stage it is necessary to hold on bolts for 80 ÷ 90 degrees in an order specified in illustrations.
