Removal and installation of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a V-shaped belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).
2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
3. Uncover drive belt ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of forward covers of drive ГРМ).
4. Remove assemblage of belt ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ, check of a condition of components).
5. In case of need remove cogwheels of camshafts (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels of camshafts).

6. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a gear surface of a wheel on presence of signs of deterioration and scratches.
2. Check up density of landing of a wheel on шпонке.
3. Estimate a condition risks of the gauge on a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, in case of need smooth out a corresponding site of a surface.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort.
