Коромысла a drive of inlet and final valves are established on their own axes which with the first are kept in joint assemblage by covers of heads of cylinders.

The end of everyone коромысла from outside the valve is supplied by the adjusting screw and a nut. By means of turn of this screw it is possible to regulate клапанный a backlash.

Forked коромысла final valves operate simultaneously two final valves.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a V-shaped belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).
2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
3. Uncover drive belt ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of forward covers of drive ГРМ).
4. Remove assemblage of belt ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ, check of a condition of components).
5. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels of camshafts).
6. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера (PCV) and uncover heads of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of heads of cylinders).

7. Operating in an order, the return shown on an illustration, release and turn out bolts of fastening of assemblage коромысел.


 For assemblage deduction at last stage leave pair of average bolts screwed on pair coils of a carving.


8. Accurately take assemblage коромысел.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out bolts of fastening of an axis коромысел.
2. Take an axis коромысел. Remove from an axis коромысла, springs, plates and basic plugs, - removed components put as their installation.
3. Release nuts and turn out from коромысел adjusting screws.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure internal diameters коромысел and external diameter of an axis коромысел in corresponding points. By subtraction of results of the second measurements from corresponding results of the first define sizes of oil backlashes. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications, replace the worn out components.

2. Measure internal diameters of basic plugs (holders) of an axis коромысел and external diameter of an axis коромысел in corresponding points and define sizes of oil backlashes. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications, replace the worn out components.
3. Attentively examine workers (contacting to cams of a camshaft and cores of valves) surfaces коромысел. In case of revealing of jags, задиров and signs of excessive deterioration replace defective components.
4. Check up smoothness of rotation of rollers коромысел. Replace defective components.
5. Visually study a condition of components редукционного the valve in a face part of an axis коромысел. In case of revealing of cracks on a control ball, alien particles on coils of a spring or signs of development of leaks, replace the failed components, or an axis коромысел in gathering.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assemblage is made in an order, the return to a dismantling order. Track, that bolts of fastening of basic plugs of an axis коромысел have been tightened with demanded effort (5 Nanometers).

 Коромысла, their axes and a support of axes are marked by identification labels, - track correctness of installation of components!

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish assemblage on the place and temporarily tighten bolts with 1 on 4 in the order specified in illustrations with uniform effort.

2. Tighten with demanded effort (25 Nanometers) bolts with (5) on (8).
3. Tighten with demanded effort (25 Nanometers) bolts with (1) on (4).

4. Make adjustment клапанных backlashes (the Section Check and adjustment клапанных backlashes see).
5. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components
