Removal and installation of forward covers of drive ГРМ
Details of installation of covers of drive ГРМ
The general information
Details of installation of covers of drive ГРМ are shown on an illustration.
The cover of drive ГРМ is stamped from easy heat-resistant plastic and in a combination with герметизированными joints with interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders forms completely closed casing effectively protecting components being in it from hit of a dust and a moisture.
The rubber linings established between the block of cylinders and a cover of drive ГРМ, besides hermetic sealing function, serve also for decrease in level of noise and vibrations.
On a forward cover of drive ГРМ the basic label for check of installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition is put. Removal and installation

1. Remove a V-shaped belt of a drive of auxiliary units (Routine maintenance see the Head).
2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the left section of a forward cover of drive ГРМ.

4. Remove the main section of a cover of drive ГРМ.
5. Check up a condition of covers and sealing linings, in case of need make corresponding replacements.
6. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that all fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort (5 Nanometers for both covers). |
