PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Being careful and security measures, clear a support of a brake dust and a dirt. 2. Do not unscrew bolts, fastening both parts of a support to each other. In this case there can be a tightness loss, and the support will spring a leak. 3. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove скобу fastenings of a dustproof cover of the piston, then, being careful, remove a dustproof cover. 4. Using a clip, fix one of pistons in a support. 5. Submitting air under low pressure through an aperture for a brake hose, squeeze out the piston from a support. Be careful not to drop the piston as in this case most likely, it will be damaged. 6. Using wooden брусок, close an aperture in a support. 7. Remove a clip fixing the piston in a support and, using compressed air under low pressure, squeeze out the second piston from a support. 8. Using the plastic or wooden tool, being careful, take sealing rings from flutes in the support cylinder. 9. Check up a condition of pistons and cylinders. In the presence of scratches, рисок, deterioration or dot corrosion it is necessary to replace the piston and the cylinder, and it means that it is necessary to replace a support in gathering. 10. Check up a condition of all details of a support and replace worn out or damaged. 11. Irrespective of a condition replace all rubber consolidations. 12. Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. For procleaning of tubes and apertures use compressed air. 13. Dip pistons and new sealing rings of pistons into a brake liquid and apply a thin film a brake liquid on apertures for pistons in a support. 14. Establish sealing rings in apertures of cylinders of a support. 15. Establish dustproof covers on pistons so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute. Being careful and turning, insert the piston into a support (the piston from an opposite side is established mirror, the arrow specifies in piston dredging). 16. Insert an external edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing. 17. Fix a dustproof cover скобой.
