PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |

2. Unscrew the unique screw and remove the gauge. |
|

3. Disunite the electric socket of the gauge located on wires of the gauge. |
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
5. Before installation put on the gauge case a thin layer of greasing. |
6. In summary check up work ABS. |

THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE (ECU)
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
2. Release four скобы and remove the bottom furnish of the panel of devices from outside the driver. |
3. Remove block ECU from an arm. |
4. Release clamps, then disconnect an electric socket and take block ECU from the car. |
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
6. Check up work ABS. |

RELAY ABS
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
2. Unscrew or remove a relay arm. The arm is located about the top fastening of the left rack of a forward suspension bracket. |

3. Relay ABS (it is specified by an arrow) – the closest to the hydraulic block. Disconnect an electric socket from the relay and remove the relay. |
4. Keep in mind that the relay has own fuse. Check up this safety lock before drawing a conclusion that the relay is faulty. |
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |

HYDRAULIC BLOCK ABS
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
2. For reduction of losses of a brake liquid uncover with пополнительного a tank of brake system, close a mouth of a tank polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary that the cover tightly closed пополнительный a tank. |

3. Unscrew two screws and uncover the hydraulic block. |
|
4. Remove from the hydraulic block two relays. |
|
5. Release a clamp of a multicontact socket, compressing two half together, and disconnect a multicontact socket. |
6. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect brake tubes from the hydraulic block. |
7. Close the ends of tubes suitable stoppers and move them aside from the hydraulic block, thus do not deform them. |
8. Unscrew three bolts, then disconnect the tyre of grounding and remove the hydraulic block. |
9. If replacement of the hydraulic block is made, remove from the old block two relays and establish them on the new hydraulic block. The relays located more close to hydraulic connections, operates electromagnetic valves, and the second relay operates the pump electric motor. |
10. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments. |
11. Tighten all bolts the demanded moment. |
12. Pump over hydraulic system. |
