Carburettor major repairs are necessary only at deterioration of details of the carburettor. Usually for restoration of normal working capacity of the carburettor it is enough to uncover carburettor and to clear chambers of the carburettor of a deposit and to blow jets the compressed air.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the carburettor from the engine and clear an external surface of the carburettor. Remove скобу, which крепит draught of the accelerated turns of idling for the lever on an axis air заслонки.
2. Unscrew six screws and uncover the carburettor.
3. Unscrew the needle valve.
4. Unscrew a carving stopper and take a measuring pin.
5. Remove spring скобу, take an axis of a float and remove a float from the carburettor.
6. The valve of enrichment of partial loading is screwed in in the basis of a ball of a float.
7. Insert a screw-driver through an aperture, take a ball of a float and unscrew the main jet.
8. The case air заслонки is screwed on the case of the carburettor by two screws and for its removal at first disconnect draught of the accelerating pump, then unscrew screws.
9. Unscrew four screws and remove the accelerating pump.
10. Clear all details and check up their condition on presence of deterioration or damages.
11. Blow compressed air all jets and carburettor channels. For clearing of jets do not use a wire, otherwise calibration of jets will be broken.
12. Replace all sealing rings, linings and diaphragms.
13. The data for adjustment of position of a float is absent.

14. Collect the carburettor in sequence, return dismantling, and make carburettor adjustments.
