If carburettor major repairs are required, economically it is more favourable to replace it with the new.

1. For clearing of jets and поплавковой chambers of the carburettor it is enough to uncover the carburettor.
2. Remove the carburettor and clear its external surface. Remove a vacuum hose from the vacuum chamber заслонки.
3. Unscrew three screws of fastening of a lock ring automatic air заслонки and remove knot заслонки.
4. Take шплинт and disconnect draught of the accelerating pump from the lever.
5. Unscrew муфту givings of fuel and take the mesh filter.
6. Remove spring скобу and disconnect draught заслонки from a cam.
7. Unscrew three short and four long screws, which крепят a carburettor cover.
8. Uncover the carburettor. Thus keep in mind that the lining should settle down behind a ledge поплавковой chambers, and on плунжер the accelerating pump the compressed spring influences.
9. Remove плунжер and a spring of the accelerating pump and, being careful, remove a cover lining. Remove a clamp клапанной springs of the soaking up pump.
10. Having pulled, simultaneously turning, take a spring of the vacuum piston and a carburettor needle. Be careful not to bend an arm of partial loading or a carburettor needle.
11. If necessary пассатижами for draught take плунжер partial loading.
12. Remove an adjusting element, a float and a needle with поплавковой chambers. Clean fuel from поплавковой chambers.
13. Note an arrangement and unscrew jets.
14. Unscrew four screws and remove knot throttle заслонки.
15. The further dismantling of the carburettor is not recommended.
16. Clear and replace the worn out and damaged details of the carburettor. If the axis throttle заслонки is worn out, it is necessary to replace completely knot throttle заслонки. Clear jets and carburettor channels the compressed air. Do not use a wire for clearing of jets as calibration of jets in this case will be broken.
17. Assemblage is made in sequence, return dismantling taking into account following moments.
18. At assemblage of the accelerating pump check up correctness of an arrangement of a ball.
19. Check up correctness of an arrangement of a ball.
20. Check up correctness of an arrangement of a spring of the needle valve on the float lever. Between a spring and the lever there should be a backlash of 0,2 mm. For installation of a correct backlash turn in a spring or the lever.
21. Establish a float and the needle valve and fix скобами.
22. Check up height of installation of a float with the established lining for what moderately press a finger the lever of a float and turn скобу for float closing. The top surface of a float should settle down on the demanded distance below a ledge of the top part of the carburettor.
23. For adjustment of the top position of a float turn in the float lever in the points shown by arrows in drawing.
24. At installation of a cover of the carburettor check up that плунжер the accelerating pump it is not jammed.
25. Check up correctness of an arrangement of the screen сапуна.
26. Check up that the bimetallic spring automatic air заслонки was correctly combined with the lever of a drive air заслонки.
27. Check up work throttle заслонки. Keep in mind that throttle заслонка the secondary chamber does not open until primary throttle заслонка it is not opened on 2/3 courses.
28. Also throttle заслонка the secondary chamber will not open to those, it is not closed yet completely air заслонка.
29. Execute checks and adjustments which are necessary for making on the removed carburettor.
30. Establish the carburettor on the engine and adjust turns of idling and quality of a fuel mix. Execute other adjustments of the carburettor.
