Removal and installation of the bottom section of the pallet картера and маслозаборника

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The top pallet картера cannot be removed at normal position of the car - the engine should be separated from the case.

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Remove protection картера.

3. Get under the car suitable capacity and merge impellent oil, having turned out from the pallet картера a drain stopper.

4. Turn out fixing bolts, then by means of the special adaptation separate the bottom section of the pallet from the top.

Do not try to hook at all the pallet a screw-driver or mount, - use only the special adaptation with a cutting edge!

5. Remove equipped with the mesh filter маслоприемник.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation make sure of absence of damages of the pallet картера, the mesh filter, a basic arm маслозаборника and дефлекторной plates.

Before pallet installation carefully smooth out corresponding interfaced surfaces, completely having removed from them traces of a material of old hermetic.
2. Fix маслозаборник on дефлекторной to a plate. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

Replace a sealing ring with the new.

3. Put on an interfaced surface of the pallet картера hermetic of type Three Bond 1280В in diameter 5.0 ± 1.0 mm in section.

The hermetic pillow should be imposed from the inside болтовых apertures. Press the bottom section of the pallet to top, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

4. Establish protection картера, lower the car on the earth and fill in impellent oil.
