REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove protection картера.
4. Empty cooling system.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove a radiator (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
7. Remove a V-shaped belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).
8. Remove a forward cover of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of covers of drive ГРМ).
9. Remove газораспределительные chains (see Has undressed Removal and installation газораспределительных chains).

10. Turn out fixing bolts, uncover and take components редукционного the valve.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up the case редукционного the valve on presence of signs of infringement of passableness маслотоков, cracks, cavities and other damages.
2. Make sure of absence of extraneous particles on прокладочном the filter.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish редукционный the valve with a lining and, operating strictly in a certain order, tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

(1) and (5: 6) x 26
(2), (3),
(4) and (9: 6) x 35
(6), (7),
(8) and (10: 6) x 16

2. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
