The special key used for removal of a radio receiver from the car

The radio receiver established at factory, is equipped by the sliding holder allowing quickly to remove and establish of it. The special sliding collar which is included into the complete set of sale is for this purpose necessary or can be got separately.
For removal of the radio receiver established at factory, two adaptations 3344 are necessary.

Serially the radio receiver is supplied with a code for protection against thefts. The code interferes with unapproved inclusion of a radio receiver if its food has been interrupted. The termination of a food of a radio receiver occurs, for example, at its removal, switching-off from the storage battery or at перегорании a safety lock.

If the radio receiver is coded, it is necessary to find out a code before switching-off of the storage battery or removal. The individual code is specified in the radio receiver operation manual. It is not necessary to store it in the car.

If the code is unknown, include a radio receiver can only HUNDRED AUDI.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect a negative cable (–) the storage battery at the switched off ignition. ATTENTION Thereof the information from electronic blocks of memory, as, for example, a radio receiver code is erased. Without a code the radio receiver can be included only the manufacturer or HUNDRED AUDI. Therefore familiarise with materials of subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.
	3. Insert keys in шлицы for clearing (arrow) so that they were fixed. The inscription «Top L» specifies to the left upwards, «Top R» to the right upwards.
4. Take out a radio receiver from the panel of devices for eyes. ATTENTION Thus do not warp a radio receiver and accordingly the tool for its clearing.
5. Take out штекерные radio receiver and aerial connections. Расстыкуйте a socket of giving of a food. If the radio receiver is attached without use serial штекерных connections, mark a cable not to mix them at assemblage.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take out from a radio receiver both exhaust collars.
2. Connect штекерные connections with a radio receiver underside.
3. Press a radio receiver into panels of devices so that lock springs were fixed.
4. Attach a weight cable (–) the storage battery. ATTENTION Make active high-rise automatics electric window lifterа, and also establish hours and enter a radio tape recorder code, address to subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.
5. Include a radio receiver and check up its work. If the radio receiver is established with application of the anticreeping coding, enter at first a confidential code.

Recommendations about independent installation of a radio receiver

– For a radio receiver which is not corresponding to a regular radio receiver of the car, there is a corresponding cable-adapter.

ATTENTION

If the cable-adapter is not applied, pay attention to that close there was no not isolated cable. Short circuit occurrence can lead to cable ignition.
