Resulted below the scheme of electric connections are made by a schematic principle when components of each contour communicate among themselves on the shortest way without the form of a lining of electroconducting round located on a way of its following of components and plaits.

On cars Audi A3 the single-wire scheme of inclusion of devices of an electric equipment is applied. With plus of power supplies consumers incorporate a wire, and to a minus – through a body of the car or on weight. Such method allows to reduce number of wires and to simplify their installation. Connection with weight of a minus of power supplies reduces electrochemical corrosion of metal details of a body. In certain cases it is not enough direct connection of the electric consumer with weight, and the consumer incorporates to weight an additional wire of usually brown colour.

Pressure of a food is brought to the majority of consumers through the ignition switch. Feed circuits of those knots of the electric equipment which work can be demanded in any circumstances, are always connected to the storage battery, irrespective of position of a key in the ignition lock.

For connection of wires electric sockets with flat contacts are used.

For a normal food of consumers the electric chain should be closed, otherwise at it there will be an electric current, for example, if to the screen wiper electric motor positive pressure moves, it will not work until its electric chain will not be connected to weight. In an electric chain switches, the relay, safety locks, measuring devices, electric motors and other consumers of the electric power can be connected. For correct connection of consumers of the electric power contacts of electric sockets have corresponding marks. Connection with weight of the car is carried out or is direct through the case of the consumer of the electric power or an additional wire.

Contact 30

On this contact always there is a positive pressure of the accumulator. The wires connected to this contact, have red or red colour with a strip.

Contact 31

Contact incorporates to weight of the car a wire of brown colour.

Contact 15

On this contact positive pressure after ignition inclusion moves. The wires connected to this contact, have green or green colour with a strip.

Contact Х

On contact pressure after ignition inclusion moves, however at inclusion of a starter pressure is disconnected. It gives the chance to disconnect at engine start consumers of the electric power unnecessary at this moment. Headlight headlights receive a food also from this contact, therefore at the included headlight and ignition deenergizing there is an automatic switching on dimensional fires.

Colours of wires are designated by Latin letters.

If in a designation of colour of a wire there are some letters divided by a sign / the left group of letters specifies in primary colour of a wire, and right – on colour of a strip.
