PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the main brake cylinder. 2. Fix the main brake cylinder in a vice with soft sponges. 3. At presence unscrew valves of adjustment of pressure from the basis of the main brake cylinder. 4. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove from an end face of the main brake cylinder a sealing ring. 5. A wooden stick press the primary piston and take a lock ring from the cylinder channel. 6. Take knot of the primary piston from the cylinder channel, thus note an arrangement of washers. 7. A wooden stick press the secondary piston and in this position of the piston unscrew the lock screw from the case of the main brake cylinder. 8. Take knot of the secondary piston from the channel of the main brake cylinder. If necessary turn the main brake cylinder and knock with it about a board. 9. Clear all details of the main brake cylinder in a pure brake liquid or methyl spirit and check up their condition. 10. Check up pistons and the cylinder channel on presence of scratches and dot corrosion. 11. At deterioration of the cylinder replace the main brake cylinder in gathering. 12. Grease the cylinder channel with a thin layer of a pure brake liquid, then fix the cylinder in horizontal position in a vice with soft sponges. 13. Establish a new sealing ring on the lock screw and screw in the lock screw in the case of the main brake cylinder so that it did not act in the cylinder channel. 14. Remove stoppers from end faces of an auxiliary tube with the repair complete set of details of the main cylinder. Having pressed, move all details from a short part of a tube to the long. 15. Insert an auxiliary tube into the channel of the main brake cylinder so that the flange of a short tube was combined with an end face of the main brake cylinder. 16. Using a wooden stick, push out knot of the secondary piston in the cylinder channel. 17. Slightly screw in the lock screw, then take a wooden stick and an auxiliary tube and screw in the lock screw against the stop. 18. Fix the main brake cylinder in a vice with soft sponges in vertical position. 19. Grease the primary piston and sealing flutes with the special greasing which is a part of the repair complete set and establish on the piston a restrictive washer. 20. Arrange tubes so that the end face of a long part of a tube was combined with an internal fillet of a short part of a tube. 21. Establish on the primary piston consolidation so that working edges of consolidation have been directed to a forward part of the main brake cylinder. 22. Using the auxiliary tube established in an end face of the channel of the cylinder, insert into the cylinder a sealing ring and the piston. 23. Establish an intermediate ring on the primary piston, then, using an auxiliary tube as оправку, establish the remained consolidation. 24. Establish on the primary piston a restrictive washer, then, using a wooden stick, press the piston and establish a new lock ring in the cylinder channel. 25. Check up reliability of fastening of a lock ring in a cylinder flute. 26. Establish a new sealing ring at an end face of the main brake cylinder. 27. At presence screw in in the basis of the main brake cylinder valves of adjustment of pressure. 28. Establish the main brake cylinder.
