4.4.12. Removal and installation of the water pump Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Remove a gear belt, an intermediate pulley and a back casing of a gear belt.
3. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the water pump and remove the pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease a new sealing ring of the pump with silicone greasing and establish a ring.
2. Establish the pump into place. Screw in bolts of fastening of the pump.
3. Establish a back casing of a gear belt and an intermediate pulley of a belt.
4. Put on and adjust a tension of a gear belt.
