4.4.9. Removal and installation of the oil pallet Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.

2. Unscrew маслосливную a stopper of the oil pallet and merge oil. Screw in a stopper into place.

3. Screw in bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.

4. Remove the oil pallet.

5. Clear an internal part of the pallet and interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put hermetic (GM 1503294) on a junction of a cover of the back radical bearing and the block of cylinders and a junction of the oil pump and the block of cylinders.

2. Establish a new lining of the oil pallet, establish the oil pallet, insert and tighten bolts of fastening of the pallet the demanded moment.
