4.4.18. Removal of the engine from a transmission

THE GENERAL DATA

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid

The wire (it is specified by an arrow) gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid is located near to a thermostat casing.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Remove a cowl. 3. Remove the air filter and an air inlet. 4. Disconnect an electric socket of the switch of a control lamp of pressure of oil, the generator, the gauge of temperature, the electromagnetic valve of system of idling (on the fuel pump), the electric tyre of candles накаливания, the switch of lanterns of a backing (it is specified by an arrow), a thermoswitch of the fan of a radiator. 5. Merge cooling liquid. 6. Remove the bottom and top hoses of a radiator. Disconnect a hose of a heater and a hose of a cooling liquid from a tube of a cooling liquid. 7. In engines with an automatic transmission disconnect radiator tubes трансмиссионной liquids. 8. It is recommended to remove a radiator and the radiator fan not to damage them during engine removal. 9. Remove tubes of giving and fuel return. 10. Disconnect from the fuel pump a cable of an accelerator and a cable of system of start of the cold engine. 11. On models with a mechanical transmission disconnect a cable of coupling from the squeezing lever. 12. On models with a mechanical transmission disconnect the gear change mechanism. 13. On engines with an automatic transmission disconnect a cable of a gear change and a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear. 14. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a speedometer. 15. Disconnect wires from a starter (And – a feeding wire of a starter, In – a wire of a control system of a starter). 16. Disconnect flexible connection of a reception exhaust pipe. 17. Disconnect an arm and remove a reception exhaust pipe. 18. Disconnect fuel hoses from a cover of a gear belt. 19. Remove the pump of system of the amplifier of a steering. 20. Disconnect a tube of the servo-driver of brakes from the vacuum pump. 21. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove forward wheels. 22. Disconnect bottom spherical шарнирные connections of a forward suspension bracket. 23. Disconnect power shafts from a transmission. 24. Disconnect the tyre of grounding from a back cover of a transmission (fastening of the tyre of grounding is shown by an arrow). 25. Fix the engine on the lift. 26. Unscrew bolts of an arm of the right support of the engine. 27. Remove arms of other support of the engine and a transmission. 28. If necessary remove the oil filter and a pulley of a cranked shaft. 29. Lower the engine and a transmission downwards from a motor compartment.
